How does Fixtrd work?
Fixtrd has two modes. Team Mode connects grassroots sports teams looking for fixture opponents — from Social 5-a-side to Competitive 11-a-side. Player Mode connects individuals for sports like padel, darts, squash and golf. Create a profile, set your sport and level, then swipe to find your match.
Is Fixtrd free?
Yes — Fixtrd is free with 2 swipes per day and up to 3 active conversations. Upgrade to Pro (£4.99/month) for unlimited swipes, Browse access and priority listing. Club plans (£14.99/month) are available for clubs managing multiple teams.
What sports are supported?
Team Mode: Football (5v5, 7v7, 9v9, 11v11), Rugby, Cricket, Hockey, Basketball, Netball, Volleyball and American Football. Player Mode: Padel, Tennis, Squash, Badminton, Table Tennis, Darts, Snooker/Pool, Golf, Boxing/Sparring and Running Partner.
Can junior teams use Fixtrd?
Yes — junior teams (Under 7s through Under 18s) can be registered by an adult coach or club manager (18+). Junior profiles are strictly separated from adults and will only ever match with other junior teams. The registering adult must confirm they are 18+ and authorised to manage the team.
How do skill levels work?
Team Mode has three levels: Social (casual, fun-first), Amateur (Sunday league) and Competitive (semi-pro/county). Player Mode has four: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Expert. Filter to find opponents at exactly your level or allow ±1 level flexibility.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Fixtrd → Cancel. On Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → Fixtrd → Cancel. Or email info@fixtrd.app and we will cancel for you.
How do I delete my account?
Email info@fixtrd.app with “Account Deletion Request” in the subject. We will process within 30 days per our Privacy Policy. Junior profile data is deleted within 72 hours.
How do I report a user or inappropriate content?
Email info@fixtrd.app with details and we will investigate promptly. Safeguarding concerns are treated as a priority.
Is Fixtrd available outside the UK?
Fixtrd is currently focused on the UK market. If you are outside the UK and interested, email info@fixtrd.app — we would love to hear from you.
