FAQs
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your Profile tab → Subscription → Cancel. Or email billing@fixtrd.app with your registered email. Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@fixtrd.app with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. We will process within 30 days per our Privacy Policy. Junior team data is deleted within 72 hours.
How do I report a user or inappropriate content?
Email support@fixtrd.app with a description and, if possible, a screenshot. We take all reports seriously and aim to act within 24 hours.
